The title of this article is correct as Marvel has just announced this morning that the original Steve Ditko/Stan Lee Amazing Spider-Man will meet with Brian Michael Bendis' Ultimate Spider-Man in a will meet in a five-part series by the same Ultimate creative team that spawned Miles Morales. This is exciting news since after years of speculation and fake outs ala Marvel Zombies, Marvel has finally decided to let their two most popular fictional realities clash, but must ask, what kind of event or threat could be big enough to bring Peter Parker and Miles Morales together?
